UNHCR works to protect and assist refugees everywhere, they strive to ensure that everyone has the right to seek asylum and find safe refuge in another State, with the option to eventually return home, integrate or resettle.

You need to book an appointment, for booking an appointment you need to be present before 10 A.M.  by noon you will be given another date to return and do the counseling.
Sessions are as short as five minutes, you should prepare everything ahead of time.
After a counseling session, you cannot Book another one for 3 months.
Current waiting time for counseling is 2 to 3 months.
